  • Treating with a good quality Waterproofer weather protector before wear is recommended. It adds a protective layer that repels moisture, dirt and oil from ruining that smooth surface.
  • Try to avoid getting your suede shoes soaking wet.
  • Do not use leather creams, polishes, wax or oils on suede products as they will stain your shoes and may not be reversible.
  • Use a good quality suede brush to maintain the suede. This will enable to brush off surface dirt and keep the suede upper in lush condition.
  • Do not machine wash

Delivery

For customers in Australia, standard delivery is $10, or free when you spend $100. Standard delivery takes approx. 2-7 business days. We offer express shipping in Australia for $15, which takes approx. 1-3 days, including Saturday delivery in Victoria.

For international shipping, rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Full priced items ordered within Australia are eligible for a FREE RETURN within 30 days and can be returned for a change of mind online credit or refund. If you purchase a full priced item using a promotional code, this is still considered eligible for a refund.
