Refund policy

Please note: This policy applies to all orders placed on or after 13/3/2026. Orders completed before 13/3/2026 remain subject to our previous returns policy. If you placed your order before this date and need assistance, please contact us at hello@walnutmelbourne.com.


We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refund under any circumstances.

Exchanges

Our preferred option, and the easiest way to get what you need.

You can exchange for:

  • A different size or colour variant of the same item

  • Another product of equal or greater value

Walnut covers return shipping on exchanges for orders of $80 or more. For orders under $80, return postage is at the customer's expense. Once your exchange request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label where applicable. Simply include it with your return and our warehouse team will take care of the rest. Your new order will be processed and fulfilled as a fresh order.

Store Credit

Not ready to choose something new just yet? We'll issue you a Walnut store credit for the full value of your return. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Walnut covers return shipping for store credit returns on orders of $80 or more. For orders under $80, return postage is at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Refunds are available for change of mind on full price stock within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Return postage is at the customer's expense for refund requests.

Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund, items must be:

  • From an order of $80 or more

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused

  • In original condition with all tags intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Not marked as final sale

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, we'll cover all return postage costs and offer you a full refund, exchange or store credit at your preference. Please contact us at hello@walnutmelbourne.com before returning.
