Returning a Full Price Item

Full priced items ordered within Australia are eligible for a FREE RETURN and will be fully refunded immediately. The money should appear in your bank straight away, so if you wish to repurchase a different size or an alternate style you can do so immediatley. If you purchase a full priced item using a promotional code, this is still considered eligible for a refund. A free returns label will be generated for you once you complete the process. 

 

Returning a Sale 

Sale or  items with a pink price can be returned within 30 days for an instant refund. Customers are responsible for covering postage on Sale items. Simply enter your order number and email in the box above and you will be able to process your return and purchase a returns label.

Some items in our Sales are FINAL SALE only, meaning the purchase is final and they cannot be returned.

 

How to package my return

- Returns will only be accepted provided that a proof of purchase is provided & the item is in its original, new and unused condition with all packaging, boxes, and tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

- Please make sure to put the Walnut shoe box in external packaging, and not attach the label to the shoe box, as this will result in your return being deemed faulty.

 

Returns Period
Our returns period is 30 days.

 

Dropping off returns at our Richmond Warehouse

 We are currently trialing a drop off option when returning refunded items. While using our returns portal, select the "I'll return it myself" option. Once selected, you have 3 business days to either organise your own return shipping external to Refundid (and provide Refundid with a tracking number) or drop it off at the warehouse.  Please note our Warehouse opening hours 9am-3pm Mon - Fri. 

 

Refundid Terms & Conditions:

By choosing to use Refundid, you are complying with the following

  • Customers are required to connect a bank account to Refundid in order to receive their instant refund
  • If the return is not posted within 10 business days, the refund is reversed.
  • Returned items that do not meet returns criteria will be declined and the Refundid refund is reversed
  • Refunds are issued instantly and will reach your bank account within 30 seconds of lodgement

 

Faulty Item Returns

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact hello@walnutmelbourne.com and our customer service team will be able to help you.

 

Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges, but if you use Refundid you will receive your refund instantly and can repurchase the item you require.

 

Returns from outside of Australia

For returns from countries outside of Australia, please indicate ‘return of non-conforming merchandise’ on customs forms, and send your return by best route available to Walnut Melbourne, 73 Crown St, Richmond 3121 Victoria, Australia

 

Returns from stockists/partners

Purchases made at third-party stockists of Walnut Melbourne cannot be exchanged or refunded by our online store and will need to be returned to the store the item(s) were purchased from.

 

Standard Returns 

You can also use Refundid to process a standard return. If you choose this option you will receive a refund 2-3 days after we receive your item back in our warehouse.
