CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Treating with a good quality Waterproofed weather protector before wear is recommended. It adds a protective layer that repels moisture, dirt and oil from ruining that smooth surface.
• Try to avoid getting your suede shoes soaking wet.
• Do not use leather creams, polishes, wax or oils on suede products as they will stain your shoes and may not be reversible.
• Use a good quality suede brush to maintain the suede. This will enable to brush off surface dirt and keep the suede upper in lush condition. Do not machine wash.

Delivery

For customers in Australia, standard delivery is $10, or free when you spend $100. Standard delivery takes approx. 2-7 business days. We offer express shipping in Australia for $15, which takes approx. 1-3 days, including Saturday delivery in Victoria.

Same day Click & Collect is available for our Melbourne customers.  Pick up is from our Richmond warehouse.

For international shipping, rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Full priced items ordered within Australia are eligible for a FREE RETURN within 30 days and can be returned for an instant refund. If you purchase a full priced item using a promotional code, this is still considered eligible for a refund.
