- You will see three tabs: Orders, Profile and Referral.
- Tap Referral. Your points live in there, along with everything below.

How to use your credit
- Add what you want to your cart and head to checkout.
- Tick Apply store credit. Your balance shows next to it.
- The credit comes off automatically when you pay.

Yes. Points sit with your Walnut account, so you need to be signed in to earn and spend. You can create one at account.walnutmelbourne.com.
Sign in at account.walnutmelbourne.com and tap Referral. Your balance is at the top, along with ways to earn and spend.
Yes. Every dollar you spend earns 2 points, whatever the price. Shipping and gift cards are the only exceptions.
Refresh the page, they can take a moment to appear. If they are still missing, email us and we will sort it.
Yes, 365 days after you earn them. Each lot of points has its own date, so a new order will not extend the life of older ones. We will email you 60 days before they run out, and again 7 days before.
Store Credit

No. Your full balance goes onto one order, so it is worth saving it for something you really want.
No. Once you have swapped points for credit, it stays on your account until you use it.
Points earned on that order are removed from your balance. If you had already swapped them for credit, your balance may dip below zero until you earn it back.
Referrals
On the Referral tab of your account, the same place as your points.
Your friend gets theirs as soon as they use your link. Yours arrives once they have placed their first order. Both come by email.
As many as you like.
Yes, 60 days after they land in your inbox. That is a separate clock to your points. We will remind you 10 days before, and again 3 days before.
